Hope Spector is a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Mental Health Service Provider designation (LPC-MHSP) in Tennessee. Hope’s educational background includes dual Master’s degrees in Professional Clinical Counseling from La Salle University and Human Sexuality from Widener University, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Human Development and Family Studies from Indiana University, and is certified in Imago Relationship Therapy.

Hope offers individual counseling and couples therapy sessions in Nashville and nearby areas, in addition to providing online remote therapy services across Tennessee. Hope’s areas of expertise include anxiety, depression, trauma, relationships, LGBTQIA+ issues, self-esteem, grief, life transitions, eating disorders, OCD, anger management, ADHD, and motivation.
Hope utilizes evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness, Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Imago Relationship Therapy to facilitate meaningful progress for her clients.
